The location was convenient to public transport. The hotel is close to supermarkets and restaurants. I found everything easily accessible. The room was clean. Also the staff was very polite and helpful.
The elevator was a bit slow, which sometimes made waiting a little longer!

the room met my expectations for quietness and comfort.
The bathroom was NOT up to standard. The toilet seat was broken. Moldy tiles in the shower were also present. I found that appalling. The shower glass did not stay in position. Water was all over the floor.
